Robert has practiced law over the last four decades at KBM, representing injured clients and workers. He has a stellar reputation among his many former clients and also in the San Francisco Bay Area Legal Community. In 2016, he was awarded the prestigious California Applicants’ Attorneys Association’s, Attorney of the Year for the San Francisco Chapter. He is known for giving his clients a voice and platform for being heard, as well as fighting for the highest compensation possible for their injuries.
Robert joined KBM after attending Hastings College of the Law and being admitted to the Bar in 1979. Prior to that he graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of San Francisco with a BA in History.
Robert is the proud father of three millennial boys, with whom he shares his love of history, especially World War II. He loves photography, music, DIY projects and the mother of his sons.
Rob has been zealously advocating for the rights of injured persons since 2014. Representing hundreds of clients from intake to trial, Rob has a proven track record of success and has won millions of dollars for his clients.
Rob attended UCLA for his undergrad studies where he majored in History and minored in Political Science. Rob then went on to receive the Faculty Scholarship and graduated near the top of his class at University of San Francisco, School of law. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the President of the Environmental Law Society.
Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors and as the San Francisco Chapter President for the California Applicant Attorneys Association, the largest organization of Applicant attorneys in California.
Rob has spoken in front of hundreds of attorneys at conventions, hosted legal seminars, and recorded webinars for various educational events for other attorneys.
Hailing from the Bay Area, Rob is a huge Giants, 49ers, and Warriors fan. In his free time he enjoys hiking, golfing, barbecuing, and spending as much time outside with dog Xena as possible.
